.mc Domain Names

To purchase your domain name, you must first search for the availability of the unique phrase (without spaces or with hyphens). If the domain name is available, you may then add it to the cart to register for up to 1 year. If the .mc country code domain is not available, then either modify your phrase, or inquire about purchasing the name outright through 101domain's Domain Concierge Service.

Domains may secured if you meet the requirements for one of the categories below and provide the corresponding documents

1. Companies using an RCI: The domain name must exactly match the company name or one of its signs on the RCI. Dashes and dots can be omitted. An RCI extract no older than 3 months is required.

2. Liberal professionals or sole traders: A Monacan business permit is required. The domain name must match the name under which the activity is registered.

3. Associations or other organizations registered in Monaco: A business permit is required. The domain name must match the exact name in the organization's statutes.

4. Trademarks registered in the Principality of Monaco: The domain name must match the trademark as indicated on the registration certificate. A global WIPO/MADRID trademark with Monaco protection status is also allowed. A copy of the relevant certificate is required.
