.com.al Domain Names

To purchase your domain name, you must first search for the availability of the unique phrase (without spaces or with hyphens). If the domain name is available, you may then add it to the cart to register for up to 10 years. If the .com.al country code domain is not available, then either modify your phrase, or inquire about purchasing the name outright through 101domain's Domain Concierge Service.

Albanian Organizations: copy of documents proving that the organization belongs to the corresponding organization category in Albania.
Albanian Business Registration and Photo ID required. Trustee Service is available for non-Albanian entities.

An individual registrant cannot register more than 5 domains and a registrant company/organization cannot register more than 15 domains. All registered domains must be set in use within one year, otherwise the .al Registry has the right to suspend them.

Setting the domain in use can mean any of the following:

• A resolving webpage
• Email accounts tied to the domain
• Open or closed networks
• Access to remote systems/databases via the domain

From the day of registration, you are allowed 14 days to make any possible changes/corrections of a spelling mistake or updates of any contact information. After this, the request for changes/corrections of a domain name is considered as a request for a new registration. DNS changes cost $10.
